About Us!
The following information should be useful to anyone considering Heartbreakers! This guild has a bit of a history behind it. It is the product of having merged what were originally two separate guilds, Heartbreakers! [<3.], and Vault Dwellers [V13]. The original Heartbreakers! was founded and managed by Reign Flame. Vault Dwellers was the creation of Zlatan Fulgere. Seeing the benefits both guilds had to offer each other, Zlatan approached Reign with the idea and initiated the process. Beyond a few necessary compromises, the merge went through. The resulting single guild has evolved into what Heartbreakers! is today.
Initially, you may wonder why the name, 'Heartbreakers!' was selected. The original 'Heartbreakers!' guild was created by Reign Flame along with a second co-founder. The name seemed sufficient to those two ladies. There was no expectation that it would grow into what we have today. For the sake of compromise, Reign was responsible for the new guild's name. In turn, Zlatan selected the abbreviation. Conveniently, the name ended up being a very good fit. We try remain fairly laid back. Acceptance of the name by new and existing members is at least some indication that they share the same goal. Additionally, if another guild or player suffers a loss to a 'Heartbreaker', the name serves a second purpose. After such an event it is not uncommon to see belittlement of the enemy which pretty much takes care of itself for someone bearing the [1<3] tag.
Above all, we strive to be a guild which is comprised of decent individuals. We do not wish to limit ourselves by focusing on one or two aspects of the game. The goal is for every member to always perceive us as a welcome and desirable place to spend their time. This applies to just about anything, regardless of which character or play style they are interested at the moment. Through diversity, and an enjoyable atmosphere we believe loyalty, concern for the guild as a whole, and most of all an enjoyable experience will come naturally.
Growth or improvement in any area will require initiative and support from you and other guild members. Most guilds work towards becoming the best at anything they do. We are no exception. As long as that effort does not conflict with the two previously stated goals, it is welcomed and encouraged.

- Use Guild Resources sparingly.
- All IDOCs should be considered guild business.
- No cheating. Follow Hybrid's rules.
These 'rules' should seem superfluous to every member because they are considered common sense.
